    Ingredients:

    • 1 large raw green papaya, peeled and grated
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 2-3 small red chilies, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons of palm sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
    • 1 tomato, diced
    • 1/2 cup of peanuts, roughly chopped
    • 1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

    Instructions:

    • In a large mixing bowl, grated the green papaya into thin strips using a box grater or a food processor.
    • Add the minced garlic, chopped red chilies, palm sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce to the grated papaya.
    • Mix well until the sugar has dissolved and the flavors are well combined.
    • Add the diced tomato, chopped peanuts, and fresh cilantro to the bowl.
    • Toss everything together until well combined.
    • Serve the salad immediately, garnished with additional chopped peanuts and cilantro.
