historical memories than the river that embraces them. This festival showcase cuisines

Chef Suraj Chauhan invites you to Cafe on 3 to rediscover the forgotten recipes and
flavours from the banks of river Yamuna. This festival will be showcasing cuisines of
cities from where the river flows including Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Uttarkashi, Yamuna
Nagar and other places. Handpicked signature favorites are Jholi Dahi, Annakut Ki
Subzi, Aloo Gutuka, Dak Bungalow Chicken, Gosht Choppan Kebab, Tawa Bater,
Singhada Fry and much more including delectable desserts.
