    🍽️ Celebrate Easter with Irresistible Recipes

    This Easter, indulge in festive flavors with Chef Swapnadeep Mukherjee, Executive Chef at The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa, Delhi. From rich chocolate eggnog to crunchy cookies, these Easter Special Recipes treats are perfect for your Easter table. Let’s dive in!


    🥚 1. Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Easter Eggnog

    Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Easter Eggnog

    Creamy, spiced, and perfect for cozy gatherings

    Ingredients:

    • Egg yolks – 4
    • Milk – 2 cups
    • Granulated sugar – 1/3 cup
    • Finely chopped dark chocolate – 1/4 cup
    • Unsweetened dark cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
    • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
    • Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
    • Chocolate liqueur – 1/4 cup
    • Vanilla – 1 tsp

    Method:

    1. In a saucepan, whisk egg yolks, milk, sugar, chocolate, cocoa, and cinnamon over medium heat.
    2. Once it begins to bubble, remove from heat and place over an ice bath.
    3. Whisk until cool. Stir in cream, liqueur, and vanilla.
    4. Garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate. Serve chilled!

    🍫 2. Nutty Chocolate Eggs

    Nutty Chocolate Eggs

    Fun, colorful, and filled with nutty goodness

    Ingredients:

    • White chocolate – 500 gm
    • Food-grade chocolate colors – a few drops
    • Choco chips – 100 gm
    • Sugar – 50 gm
    • Peanut butter – 100 gm
    • Chopped raisins – 10 gm
    • Crushed walnuts – 10 gm

    Method:

    1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler and divide into batches.
    2. Add colors as preferred.
    3. Mix peanut butter, sugar, raisins, walnuts, and chips.
    4. Pour chocolate into egg moulds, cool, and demould.
    5. Stuff with nutty filling and join halves using chocolate.

    🍪 3. Crunchy Choco Cookies

    Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside—cookie heaven!

    Ingredients:

    • Unsalted butter – 360 gm
    • Brown sugar – 620 gm
    • Melted chocolate – 400 gm
    • Chocolate chips – 1300 gm
    • Eggs – 6
    • Flour – 450 gm
    • Cocoa powder – 100 gm
    • Baking powder – 5 gm
    • Orange zest – from 1 large orange

    Method:

    1. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
    2. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
    3. Fold into melted butter and chocolate.
    4. Mix in flour and orange zest. Refrigerate.
    5. Bake at 350°C for 12-15 mins. Cool & serve.

    Ingredients:

    • Vanilla Greek yogurt – 2 cups
    • Vanilla almond granola – 100 gm
    • Walnuts & pecans – 40 gm
    • Sliced strawberries – 30 gm

    Method:

    1. In a glass, layer yogurt, granola, nuts, and strawberries.
    2. Repeat layers.
    3. Top with strawberries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
    4. Chill and serve.
