🍰 1. Christmas Cheer Truffle Rum Cake

Christmas Rum Cake Recipe | Chocolate Truffle Cake | Christmas Desserts
Ingredients
Chocolate Sponge
- Flour: 175 gm
- Coco powder: 25 gm
- Eggs: 10 no
- Sugar: 200 gm
- Rum: 30 ml
- Baking powder: ¼ tsp
Chocolate Filling
- Chocolate (melted): 500 gm
- Cream (whipped): 1 lt
- Egg white (beaten): 5 eggs
- Sugar: 100 gm
- Rum: 30 ml
Method
- Separate egg yolks and whites
- Whisk sugar and egg yolks together and add vanilla essence
- Whisk egg whites to a stiff consistency
- Sift flour and baking powder
- Mix egg whites and egg yolk mixture
- Fold flour and coco powder into eggs using the cut-and-fold method
- Line the greasing tray with butter paper and pour the mixture
- Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes
Chocolate Filling
- Melt the chocolate and keep it aside
- Whip cream and add vanilla essence
- Combine egg white and sugar on a double boiler till stiff
- Add cream, remove from heat, add rum and melted chocolate
- Layer cake with sponge and chocolate filling
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled
🍫 2. Santa’s Favourite Nutty Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
- Butter (melted): 2.2 kg
- Dark chocolate: 1.5 kg
- Sugar: 2.2 kg
- Cocoa powder: ¾ cup
- Flour: 5½ cups
- Baking powder: 1.25 tbsp
- Almond powder: 1.1 kg
- Almond pieces: 1 kg
- Whole eggs: 22 no
Method
- Sift flour and baking powder
- Melt butter and chocolate, add sugar
- Add sieved flour and dry ingredients
- Fold in eggs gently, do not overmix
- Line a tray with butter paper and pour the mixture
- Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes
- Serve warm with icing sugar and chocolate sauce
🍬 3. Santa’s Secret Chocolate Fudge Balls

Chocolate Fudge Balls | Christmas Chocolate Treats | No-Bake Desserts
Ingredients
- Chocolate fudge: 250 gm
- Dark chocolate: 250 gm
- Almonds (toasted): 1 bowl
Method
- Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler
- Cool slightly until warm
- Add toasted almonds and chocolate fudge
- Mix well
- Shape into small balls or moulds on butter paper
- Refrigerate until set
- Garnish with white chocolate drizzle

☕ 4. Jolly Gingerbread Eggnog Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- Milk: 6 cups
- Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup
- Sugar: ⅔ cup
- Egg yolks: 4 large
- Chocolate chips: 1½ cups
- Ground ginger: 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
- Ground nutmeg: ½ tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
To Garnish
- Whipped cream
- Mini chocolate chips
- Cinnamon
Method
- Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and egg yolks in a saucepan
- Add chocolate chips, spices, and salt
- Cook on medium-high heat until steaming
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Pour into cups
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and cinnamon
- Serve warm
